At Copy-Rite Printing, we prioritize your satisfaction—nothing prints without your approval. To ensure optimal quality, please review our Print File Checklist:

Print File Checklist

• Preferred Formats: PDF and TIF; we also accept JPG, EPS, PS, PSD, and AI.
• File Requirements: Ensure correct size and resolution (150–300 DPI). Compress all layers and save as TIF with LZW compression.
• Illustrator/Corel/InDesign: Convert fonts to outlines and include necessary images or fonts. Save as CDR, PDF, EPS, or AI.
• Microsoft Programs: We do not recommend Publisher. If needed, create a PDF for compatibility. For a free alternative, visit Scribus.

Additional Services

We can scan and load your documents and photos to a USB flash drive or email them to you.
